A factory founded 1947 - Sa'adat Nas'sajan- Fahadan- to be turned into a commercial building with traditional features, an open air market with new dome cells and open areas for restaurants and cafe. A new two floor hotel is included in the traditional neighbourhood and is composed of 120 rooms.

The hotel forms are inspired by the special old factory domes and the Iranian traditional architecture.
